Soffi for product leaders
Faster idea to deploy, without lowering the bar
“We're all very AI-native, but we still can't collaborate as a team on one source of truth.”
“The prototype starts from scratch. The product doesn't. Current tools just add another handoff and more confusion.”
A win across your org
Why you'll love it
One source of truth to iterate faster
Your whole team iterates together on the real product in one multiplayer tool, so ideas move faster and quality holds.
Why your team will love it
Build the real experience, together
PMs and designers shape the live product side by side and iterate with customers, without waiting on a sprint.
Why your CTO will love it
AI adoption engineering can govern
Every change runs isolated from production, arrives as a reviewable PR, and merges only through engineering's process.
Why your CEO will love it
More of the right features, shipped sooner
Ideas get validated with customers and reach production faster, so the roadmap stops slipping and sales stops waiting.
What changes when your team builds on Soffi
- 01 / 05
Iterate in front of customers in real-time
Turn PRDs into prototypes, and prototypes into PRs, on the real product. Explore and test ideas in minutes instead of waiting on the next sprint or free engineers, preview a customer's idea with them the same day, and go from “tell sales there's another delay” to “it's shipped.”
- 02 / 05
Bring everyone into the work, on one source of truth
Instead of everyone building and previewing in their own tool, your whole team works multiplayer in one live product built on your codebase and design system. Every PM, designer, and engineer can review the real UI, catch issues, and put forward ideas visually, not in an IDE or a static mock that never ships and has to be rebuilt.
- 03 / 05
Ship fast without lowering the bar
More people building shouldn't mean lower quality. Every change is built from your components and tokens and checked against your design system before it becomes a PR, so your product keeps the design standards and top-tier quality instead of drifting toward generic AI output.
- 04 / 05
Hand off shippable PRs, so work actually ships
Writing code isn't the bottleneck anymore. Checking that it looks right is. Every change arrives as a running app with a summary, before/after images, and design system checks, so engineering reviews and merges it instead of clicking through and rebuilding it.
- 05 / 05
Roll out AI your product team will actually use, without the risk
Start with one team and let adoption grow on its own, with no IDE to learn and no process to change. Every workspace is isolated from production, every change is attributed and reversible, and nothing merges without engineering's review.
One shared tool, connected to the ones you already use
- Any coding agent or IDE
- Including Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex. Changes made there show up in Soffi, and changes made in Soffi go back as PRs on the same branch.
- GitHub
- An engineer connects it once. Every change exits as a pull request into your existing CI and review.
- Figma, Storybook, and design tools
- Bring files in as context and work with your components directly.
- Linear and Jira
- Build from a ticket, push the PR.
Built on trust and governance
Isolated from production
Every workspace runs on a data twin, with no access to your production data, databases, or secrets.
Governed by engineering
Every change is attributed, a person confirms every push, and nothing merges without engineering's review.
Controls that scale with you
SOC 2 compliant, with one setup for your whole org, scoped repo access, and edit or comment roles you control.
Can't we just use the tools we already have?
Keep them. Coding agents help engineers write code and prototyping tools make demos, but neither gives your whole team a live, shared version of your real product that ends in a mergeable PR. Building that yourself means a platform to run and maintain, and Soffi is that platform.
Common questions
01We already use Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex. Why Soffi?
Keep them. Those tools help engineers write code. Soffi gives your whole product team a visual, live environment of the real product to build, review, and ship in, and every change lands on the same branch your engineers already work from.
02How is this different from Lovable, Replit, or Claude Design?
Those tools generate new apps or prototypes from a prompt, a screenshot, or a blank canvas, and engineering rebuilds them. Soffi is infrastructure: it runs your actual product with your design system and realistic data, and every change ends as a PR your engineers can merge. Nothing gets thrown away.
03Most of our PMs and designers aren't comfortable in an IDE. Does that matter?
That's who Soffi is built for. It opens in a browser with nothing to install, and anyone can change the live product visually or by describing what they want. That's how adoption spreads beyond your few early adopters.
04Isn't this another source of truth?
It replaces several. Soffi reads your product and design system straight from your codebase, so the HTML mocks, screenshots, and one-off prototypes your teams use today give way to one live version of what's actually in production.
05We're mid-migration between design patterns. Does that break it?
That's when Soffi helps most. Set which components and tokens to prefer or deprecate, and every change moves you toward the new system instead of adding to the old one.
06How do we get this through security and IT?
Soffi is set up once for your whole org, so security reviews one tool instead of a setup per person. Workspaces are isolated from production, nothing merges without engineering's review, and our SOC 2 report, policies, and architecture overview are ready in the Trust Center.
